Title: Partner at Sticky Communication and principal at Barb Sawyers + Associates
Why volunteering with IABC?
Your best communication projects to date: StickEMail
Working with my design and tech partner at Sticky Communication, I've developed a solution for electronic newsletters. It's a great way to communicate frequently with very targeted audiences. And it's great to bring out the best in traditional and new media.
What do you like best in your job? Coming up with new ideas. Stretching my brain.
What task makes you sweat? Anything with tight deadlines. Fortunately, adrenaline comes with the sweat.
What university/college attended?
Favourite IABC event? The Naked Communicator, the conference for CD2 last spring. As part of the organizing committee, I learned a lot about transparent communication and the joys of volunteering.
