Communication Evolution: Award-Winning Communicators Speak Out!

As a result of CNW Group's generous sponsorship and to better accommodate students, IABC/Toronto has lowered the registration prices for this event.

Communications - it is your career of choice. But what can you really expect when you start working? What opportunities will be there for you?

Find out November 27th when four of IABC/Toronto's Student of the Year award winners speak out. They will be joined by Mia Wedgbury, President and Co-founder of High Road Communications and Julie Rusciolelli, President of MAVERICK Public Relations, two of Canada's most successful PR agencies. Mia and Julie have both been named to Profit magazine's list of Canada's Top 100 Women Entrepreneurs.

This experienced and enthusiastic panel will share their wisdoms and speak about the changes taking place in today's exciting communications industry. From social networking to B2B communications, our panel will discuss the issues that shape their jobs. How have they applied the skills they learned in school? How are their careers going now they are in the real world? What is the next step they hope to take in their careers? What do senior communicators look for in new hires? What skills and attributes will make you stand out from the crowd?
