TORONTO, ON (April 18, 2011) –The Toronto Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) is gearing up to recognize excellence in communications at the 2011 OVATION Awards Gala. Professional communicators from across the Greater Toronto Area will come together to celebrate the best the communications industry has to offer and acknowledge the exceptional achievements of their colleagues and peers. This year, IABC/Toronto received a record-breaking number of entries to the program, with over 82 award winners in 16 categories. Winners of the highly coveted Awards of Distinction categories will be announced at the Gala.

    • Mid-Sized Agency of the Year (Six to 20 employees)
    • Large Agency of the Year (21 or more employees)
    • Corporate Communications Department of the Year
