Show Your Colours

IABC/Toronto’s prestigious OVATION Awards program recognizes communications excellence throughout the Greater Toronto Area. With more than 19 categories to choose from, there is one that matches the exceptional work you are doing. The awards program is open to all Greater Toronto Area communications practitioners, from junior to veteran.

New for 2012!

The IABC/Toronto OVATION Awards program is online! Entries will be accepted through the OVATION Awards Online Management System only.

The online system is simple and easy to use, and entrants can save and review all materials before submitting their final entries. Have questions? We’re ready for your questions and feedback, so please don’t hesitate to contact us at toronto-awards@iabc.com

Why the change?

We’ve moved to an online process to make it easier and faster for communicators to submit an entry. This also helps to maintain the integrity of the OVATION Awards

About the OVATION Awards

The OVATION Awards began in 1985 when Master Communicator, Ken Cherney was asked to lead a team for the IABC/Toronto chapter to examine the existing awards program, which was then called the Toronto Accolades Program. After some consideration, the team determined the rules and regulations upon which the OVATION Awards program was based.

The IABC/Toronto OVATION Awards offers the communications profession an opportunity to present its best work. It advertises the excellence of individual award winners while fostering a greater appreciation of the communications profession
