Member Mailing Inserts

IABC/Toronto allows interested third parties to insert promotional materials into the chapter’s bi-monthly mailing package to members containing Communicator and chapter flyers.

Advertising Insertion Policy:

One sample of the insert(s) must be forwarded to IABC/Toronto’s VP, Advertising & Sponsorship, at least seven business days prior to publication for review and approval, ensuring that it is relevant and suitable for IABC/Toronto’s membership.

Once the insertion has been approved, the advertiser will be contacted by the VP, advertising & sponsorship, to supply materials before the estimated land date of the publication, to the IABC/Toronto office. A total of 1,800 copies of the insert(s) are required. Contact IABC/Toronto’s administrative office at 416-968-0264 to confirm the total number required, as it may vary.

If the insert is more than one 8 1/2" x 11" page or one folded 17" x 11" page, it will be charged at the catalogue insertion rate for up to 100 grams. Charges for inserts of more weight will be negotiated.

Note: A maximum of four outside organization insertions are allowed per monthly mailing package, based on suitability and date request was received.

2011/2012 Publication Dates:

Estimated land dates are noted below. Please contact our VP, Advertising & Sponsorship for submissions dates.

October 2011 – estimated land date October 3rd.
December 2011 – estimated land date December 5th.
February 2012 – estimated land date February 6th.
April 2012 – estimated land date of April 2nd.
Awards issue 2012 – estimated land date of June 29th.
