So learning from good and bad case studies is critical to good crisis preparedness and will help organisations avoid repeating the same mistakes. In this session, Caroline Sapriel, Managing Partner of CS&A International, a specialist risk and crisis management consultancy, will highlight crisis communication best practice via several international good and bad case studies.
Featuring: Caroline Sapriel is the founder and Managing Partner of CS&A, a specialist risk and crisis and business continuity management consulting firm operating in Europe, Asia and North America servicing clients across industry sectors globally. With over 25 years’ experience in risk and crisis management, Caroline is recognized as a leader in her profession and acknowledged for her ability to provide customized, results-driven counsel at the highest level. Caroline is an accomplished speaker, trainer, facilitator and coach in risk, issues and crisis management.
Caroline has been a member of IABC since 1987 where she has served on chapter boards and more recently was a founding member of its global ethics committee. She has spoken at several world and regional conferences on the subject of crisis management. In 2011, she received a Gold Quill Award from IABC for her firm’s 10 Commandments of Crisis Management. She has authored many articles on the subject of crisis management as well as two books: Crisis Management – Tales From the Front Line, and 25 Years of Crises in Review: The Good, The Bad and The Truly Ugly.
