Evolving Your Communication Approach: An IABC World Headquarters Event
October 30 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
More and more companies, like Walmart, Starbucks and Hootsuite, are shifting from siloed, one-way information pushes to effective conversations and collaboration across their global and frontline teams.
According to recent studies, including a joint study between the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) and Rob Cross, Edward A. Madden Professor of Global Business at Babson College, companies that promote collaborative working are five times as likely to be high performing.
Effective collaboration can enable greater productivity, increase employee retention, improve communication and result in more satisfied customers.
Join Workplace by Facebook for a free, in-person summit to hear how companies like yours are applying key strategies for improving their approach to communication.
You’ll gain insights on how to:
- Empower employees to work smarter and better together.
- Connect cross-functional teams to create great customer experience.
- Strengthen corporate culture and community.
- Drive business efficiencies that impact the bottom line.
Date: 30 October 2019
Time: 2–5 p.m.
Location: Workplace by Facebook offices
