- 5:20 – 5:30 p.m.: Volunteer of the Year presentation
- 5:30 – 5:35 p.m.: Review and vote on the minutes from the 2019 AGM
- 5:35 – 5:45 p.m.: Election of the 2020/2021 Board of Directors. Revisions to the Constitution approved May 2020.
- 5:45 – 6:00 p.m.: President’s address and finance report – presented by Lindsay Grillet
- 6:00 – 6:15 p.m.: Incoming President’s address – presented by Russell Baker
